Product Description
C306 is a 93/7 economical TGIC cured powder coating specific end carboxyl polyester resin used for curing at 200 ºC. C306 resin is suitable for outdoor decorative powder coatings, with good leveling properties, high gloss, and easy extinction.
Polyester powder coating is a themosetting powder coating composed of polyester resin, curing agent, pigment, filler, and additives. In themosetting powder coatings, polyester powder coatings are one of the main varieties of weather resistant powder coatings. In order to distinguish it from polyester epoxy powder coatings, it is commonly referred to as pure polyester powder coatings.
Polyester powder coating is a new type of solvent-free 100% solid powder coating. It has the characteristics of solvent-free, pollution-free, recyclable, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and resource saving, reducing labor intensity, and high mechanical strength of coating.

Usage
1.Formula design: Select suitable curing agents (TGIC, HAA, etc.) and fillers according to application requirements
2.Mixing and stirring: Mix with pigments, additives, etc. to ensure uniform dispersion
3.Extrusion granulation: processed into powder particles through a twin-screw extruder
4.Powder spraying: using electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed spraying technology
5.Curing treatment: Cure at a specified temperature (such as 180 ºC/15min) to form the final coating

Packaging specification: 25kg/bag, paper plastic composite bag or kraft paper bag sealed
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight and humid environment
