Product Features
1. Indoor specific resin
Terminal carboxyl structure: efficiently cross-linked with epoxy resin (such as PT910), resulting in dense film formation and excellent chemical resistance (salt spray resistance, detergent resistance).
Gloss adjustable: Adding a matting agent (such as XG603) directly can achieve a matte finish of ≤ 30% without the need for complex formulas.
2. Performance advantages
Flattenness: Low melt viscosity (150 ºC, 2000-3000 mPa · s), the surface after spraying is as smooth as a mirror (Ra ≤ 0.3 μ m).
High gloss: Pure resin system has a gloss of ≥ 85%, suitable for high-end scenarios such as metal decorative parts and lighting fixtures.
Fast curing: 130-150 ºC × 10-15 minutes, energy-saving and efficient, suitable for thin coating process.
3. Environmental certification
Food contact safety: Passed FDA (indirect contact), RoHS, REACH certification, can be used for kitchenware and children's products.
Low dust residue: The resin particle size distribution is narrow (D50 ≤ 35 μ m), and the spraying utilization rate is ≥ 95%.

Is Faxus Chemical a trader or a production factory?
Answer: We are production factories operate a coating factory and a resin factory in Guangdong province of China. We accumulate rich experience on coating manufacturing and powder coating process.
1.M.O.Q:
The minimum order is 1000kg, with each resin weighing ≥ 300kg
2. Delivery time:
After receiving the advance payment, production will take approximately 5-8 days, depending on the quantity.
3. Payment:
30% T/T advance payment, 70% T/T before shipment (or upon presentation of bill of lading).
4. Sample:
Each 1kg resin sample is available for you to test.
The samples are free, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could pay for the air freight.
5. Storage:
In its original packaging, the resin is dried and ventilated at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius
Valid for 1 year at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight.
6. Packaging and Shipping:

Q: How much matting agent needs to be added for matte effect?
A: Recommend adding 1% -3% XG603 matting agent (with the best compatibility with 6H), the specific ratio needs to be adjusted according to the target gloss.
Q: Is it resistant to high temperature yellowing?
A: 6H resin has excellent thermal stability and no yellowing when baked below 200 ºC (passed 48 hours/180 ºC aging test).
Q: Can it be used for automotive interior parts?
A: sure! Low temperature curing epoxy resin (such as PT910) is required to comply with the VOC standards for automotive interiors.
