Product performance and advantages:

1132 series adopts water-based acrylic resin and amino group, which are baked and cured at high temperatures (150 ºC~180 ºC) to form a film. The paint film has high gloss, high hardness, high scratch resistance, strong dry film adhesion, good water resistance, good acid and alkali resistance, and high cost-effectiveness. Multiple methods such as roller coating, spray coating, and spray coating can be used for construction. Suitable for various standard requirements such as decorative glass, vessel glass, and flat glass.

Precautions:

1. Cleaning glass: Before cleaning the glass, first mix the water paint with 10%, sealant 2%, and BL88%, and then clean the glass with a film washing machine. The surface of the glass should not have any residual cleaning solvent.

2. Roller coating or spray coating: Adjust the machine parameters reasonably according to the glass thickness and customer requirements.

3. Baking conditions: The temperature of the tunnel furnace is set at 180 ° C (actual furnace temperature), and the oven is baked for 15-20 minutes. The bread oven can be set between 120 ° -180 °, and the baking time is about 30 minutes.

4. Cooling conditions: Glass can be cooled at room temperature or with a fan, but remember not to use cold water to get wet and cool down. Glass must not overlap before cooling to room temperature to avoid scratching the glass paint surface.

5. Packaging and post-processing: Different packaging forms can be selected according to different industries, but regardless of the method, it is necessary to ensure that the water paint is fully dry and the glass is cooled; In the subsequent process, it is necessary to conduct corresponding tests (such as glue resistance, water boiling, heat resistance, etc.)
