Product Description

C802 is a 93/7, TGIC cured powder coating specific carboxyl terminated polyester resin used for curing at 200 ºC. C802 resin is suitable for outdoor decorative powder coatings, with good weather resistance, leveling, high gloss, and easy extinction.

Polyester powder coating is a themosetting powder coating composed of polyester resin, curing agent, pigment, filler, and additives. In themosetting powder coatings, polyester powder coatings are one of the main varieties of weather resistant powder coatings. In order to distinguish it from polyester epoxy powder coatings, it is commonly referred to as pure polyester powder coatings.

Polyester powder coating is a new type of solvent-free 100% solid powder coating. It has the characteristics of solvent-free, pollution-free, recyclable, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and resource saving, reducing labor intensity, and high mechanical strength of coating.

Powder coatings are mainly used in functional coating industries such as building materials, furniture, and automobiles. The series of advantages of powder coatings make them have broad application prospects.

Is Faxus Chemical a trader or a production factory?
Answer: We are production factories operate a coating factory and a resin factory in Guangdong province of China. We accumulate rich experience on coating manufacturing and powder coating process.

1.M.O.Q:
The minimum order is 1000kg, with each resin weighing ≥ 300kg
2. Delivery time:
After receiving the advance payment, production will take approximately 5-8 days, depending on the quantity.
3. Payment:
30% T/T advance payment, 70% T/T before shipment (or upon presentation of bill of lading).
4. Sample:
Each 1kg resin sample is available for you to test.
The samples are free, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could pay for the air freight.
5. Storage:
In its original packaging, the resin is dried and ventilated at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius
Valid for 1 year at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight.
6. Packaging and Shipping:
