Answer: We are production factories operate a coating factory and a resin factory in Guangdong province of China. We accumulate rich experience on coating manufacturing and powder coating process.
How to ensure the color stability of powder coatings?
Answer: When customers need to customize new color orders, we will first spray two color palettes according to their requirements, one for customer confirmation and the other for factory reference. After the customer confirms the color, we will record the formula of the confirmed color palette as the basis for future production. Each batch of orders will be coated with a color palette to compare the color differences and ensure the stability of the paint color.
Is the sample of powder coating free of charge?
Answer: When customers need to customize new color orders, we will first make color customization according to their requirements. Due to the cost involved in the sample, we will charge a sample fee of USD4.5/per color, which includes one aluminum color board and one kilogram of powder coating of the corresponding color. If the customer confirms the color and places a bulk order in our factory, these sample fees will also be deducted from the payment or refunded to the customer.
My production line is new. Can you provide support for spray painting production technology?
Answer: Our company has a technical team of over 20 product engineers. If customers encounter spray testing problems when they are put into use on a new production line and need assistance, we can provide suggestions through remote video conferences, or customers can pay us to arrange personnel to go and debug.
