Product Introduction:

Water-based non-fingerprint varnish is a one-component baking varnish for the surface of metal substrates, mainly used for stainless steel, metal products, fingerprints and fingerprints treatment, to enhance the protection, varnish and smudge-resistant effect, to avoid atmospheric and acidic corrosion. It has excellent adhesion, weather resistance and protective and decorative properties.

Suitable for all kinds of stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized plate and other materials of the metal surface.

Construction reference:
Surface treatment of substrate: Remove gray matter, rust, oil and other impurities on the surface of the workpiece to be coated, and make the surface of the workpiece to be coated clean and dry;
Construction method: roller coating; spraying
Dilution ratio: 20%-60% of the weight of the original paint, or adjusted according to specific conditions;
Drying mode: plate temperature 210ºC-220ºC, 4-5 minutes.
